Counselling

A counselling service is available to all students. The service is offered by an experienced counsellor who will listen in confidence. To make an appointment, contact the counsellor directly by phone or email (as above). Messages left will be returned discreetly. Alternatively, students can speak in confidence to the Student Services Manager.

There is also a counselling service available at the health centre at Imperial College London. To access the service, students should make an appointment with one of the general practitioners at the health centre who can then make a referral.

Students with Disabilities

The RCM welcomes and encourages the participation of students with disabilities in all aspects of College life and has particular experience in supporting students with dyslexia and visual impairment. The RCM’s Disability Statement can be found in the About Us section of the main College website, or copies can be provided by the Student Services Manager in large print, Braille, or audio.

Prospective students thinking of applying to the RCM can discuss needs for the audition and/or courses of study with the Student Services Manager.

Money Matters

Student Services can provide advice to current and prospective RCM students on course funding. The office administers the Access to Learning Fund (for UK students) and the RCM Mid-term Study Support Grants (for EU and international students) for students who demonstrate unexpected hardship.
